My name is Soumia. I am a digital designer, an entrepreneur, but above all, I am a Muslim mom. Like every parent, my deepest dua and greatest aspiration is to raise children who love Allah, cherish the Prophet (ﷺ), and grow up acknowledging, respecting, and living by the beautiful values of Islam. But in today’s fast-paced, digital world, I realized how challenging it can be to keep our little ones grounded in their Deen while managing school, chores, and everyday life.

I wanted tools for my own children that didn't feel like a chore. I wanted resources that were vibrant, playful, and visually beautiful—tools that would make them excited to pray their Salat, track their Quran milestones, and do good deeds.

When I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, I decided to create it. That is how Khayrou Khalaf and My Good Muslim Store were born.

The Meaning Behind Our Name: Khayrou Khalaf

The phrase "Khayrou Khalaf" (خير خلف) translates to "the best of successors" or "the best of the next generation." It represents our ultimate goal as parents: to leave behind a righteous, loving, and faithful generation that will continue to carry the light of Islam forward.
